Frequently Asked Questions
Your personalised treatment plan will contain a breakdown of the treatment stages for your braces including adjustment dates. These dates can change during treatment as the teeth move at different speeds.
Braces will be uncomfortable when they are first applied or right after adjustments. Our team will work closely with you to make sure you are as comfortable as possible while following the treatment plan.
We have over 25 different colours to choose from! When you see our team for adjustments let us know if you want to change your colour.
If you break a bracket make sure to call us as soon as possible to book in an appointment. All repair costs are included in your treatment plan and quote.
For the first few weeks after getting braces you should eat soft foods like breads, grains, ice cream or mashed potato. We recommend you do not eat hard, crunchy or sticky foods that could damage the brackets or wires during treatment.
